Complete online application

When you’re ready to apply, begin your online application.

Submit reference forms

Once you’ve completed the Online Application, there will be reference forms that can be completed 

Submit a recent report card or transcript

These, along with any other documents, can be sent in via any of the following methods:

Submit additional forms

Once you’ve been accepted, there will be several more online forms sent to you by email. These include information about health profile, record requests, and consent/commitment to involvement.

Requirements

Students applying to BCA must meet the following requirements:

• successfully complete his/her previous academic level/grade.
• commitment to live by biblical standards and according to the rules and guidelines of BCA.
• possess goals and desires that match the purpose of the school.
• a willingness to grow in a relationship with God and pursue Christian character.

Deadlines

We recommend applying before April 1 to allow enough time to complete the application process, receive all relevant information, and be eligible for scholarships and bursaries in May. 

Application fee before August 1st: $100

Application fee after July 31st: $200

Notification of acceptance:

Our Admissions office works hard to process applications quickly. Please note that applications received and completed before June 15 may take up to two weeks to be reviewed by the BCA Admissions committee. Applications received after June 15 may take up to one month to be reviewed. We will contact you as soon as an acceptance decision has been made.

Confirmation of enrolment:

Once your application has been accepted, you’ll need to pay a confirmation deposit to confirm your enrolment at BCA. The non-refundable confirmation deposit fee is $200 and can be paid by credit card, cheque, or e-transfer. This amount is credited to the student's account upon registration, but is not refundable if the student does not enroll.  You can use our online payment service.
