The graduation ceremony for Briercrest Christian Academy is scheduled for June 26th and 27th on our campus. There are several events celebrating the achievements of the graduating students and a lot of planning and preparation is underway to make it a memorable experience for our senior class.
Parents, family, and friends are invited to attend the Commencement Ceremony in the Hildebrand Chapel on June 27th which is open to the public. Other events may be by invitation only.
For grads and their families, several items need to be looked after leading up to the events. Please find those details below.

Thursday, June 26, 2025
- 3:30: Grad Photo (Hildebrand Stage; Grads Only)
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Processional and Program (Open to All)
- 6:30 pm: Banquet (Grads & Invited Guests Only)
- 8:30 pm – 1:00 am: Grad Party (Grads Only; Location and Event; Battle Creek Adventures Transportation is provided for this chemical-free grad party event. Students are not allowed to drive themselves.
- Students are not allowed to come and go from the party. If students need to leave the party early, they must travel home with a parent or guardian.)
Friday, June 27, 2025
- 12:50 pm: Grads arrive at room 174 (Hildebrand classroom) to dress in their cap and gown.
- 1:20 pm: Grads assemble in alphabetical order in Edwards. Guests should be seated in Hildebrand.
- 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Commencement Ceremony (Open to All)
- 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Alumni Tea (Open to All)
- 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Return gowns to room 174
Banquet Tickets Registration
Deadline: May 30, 2025
Description: The graduation fee covers the cost of the banquet for each graduate as well as for FOUR guests
(five invitations total). Additional banquet invitations (i.e. any invitations beyond the grad and their four guests)
will be $35.00 each. Requests for additional guests will be considered as availability allows. Requests for more
than EIGHT additional invitations (more than 13 total – including the grad and four guests) will go on a waiting list
Grad Program Rose Order
Deadline: May 30 2025
Description: Each graduate will be given two (2) roses to give to loved one(s) at the end of the ceremony on
