Graduation Information
June 24th, 2026, at 4:00 pm - Celebration Service in the Hildebrand Chapel, followed by the graduation banquet
June 25th, 2026, at 1:30 pm - Cap and Gown Ceremony in the Hildebrand Chapel
Banquet
The graduation fee covers the cost of the banquet for each graduate as well as FOUR guests (five invitations total).
Additional banquet invitations (i.e. any invitations beyond the grad and their four guests) will be $35 each.
NOTE: Banquet invitations must be paid in advance and cannot be applied to the student’s account. No refunds will be issued for extra invitations purchased after May 15, 2026, as numbers will have been submitted to the caterers by that time.

- Please include detailed comments (ex: “BCA grad (student name) 4 extra banquet tickets”). This will ensure payment is credited to the correct student.

Early Childhood Pics
We will be making a slideshow of early childhood pictures for the grad banquet. Please submit 1 baby photo (age 0-5) of your grad to bca@briercrest.ca by April 15, 2026.
Formal Graduation Photos
We have hired a professional photographer to capture photos of our grads in their suits and gowns. Each grad will receive access to all edited photos taken during their individual 15- minute session.

Individual Portrait Session with Montana
Cap and Gown photos are now ready to be viewed online and available for order. If you’ve lost your login credentials, contact McMaster Studios at mcmastermj@sasktel.net, and they’ll send them to you again. They can also be contacted if you missed photo day. We want you in the yearbook, so contact them to schedule a photo session.
Roses
At the conclusion of the Celebration Service, graduates are given 2 roses to present to individuals of their choice (parents, relatives, staff, etc.) as a small token of thanks. If students wish to honour more than 2 individuals, they can purchase additional roses at $3 each. Roses may be ordered by filling out this form
