Online learning requires students to manage their time and work independently. However, students are more successful in online learning when they receive active support from parents or guardians. We encourage active parental involvement through Canvas, our learning management system, where you can view grades, assignments, announcements, and communicate with instructors. Your student’s online teacher is available to answer any questions and to monitor progress. Online teachers also have advanced reporting systems to track student engagement, including video views, practice question completion, and time spent on readings.
