Student Finances
All international students are required to participate in the BCA International Student Program. This program provides academic, personal, and cultural support. The Academic Plan will be adjusted according to the student’s skills, needs, performance and progress.
Students needing English language learning will be enrolled in our ENGLISH+ Program, in addition to the BCA International Student Program. All international student’s English proficiency will be assessed as part of the application process and will be placed in our Credit Prep. Track, or Non-Credit Track. Students in our International Student Program pay BCA tuition and boarding fees in addition to the applicable ENGLISH+ and international program fees.

Payment Policy
Payment in full is required once a student has been accepted to attend BCA. Once payment has been received, the study permit/acceptance letter, confirmation of funds received, and guardianship paperwork for the study permit application will be issued. Returning students are permitted to enter a 2-payment plan.
Tuition, standard fees, room and board, and ENGLISH+ are billed at the beginning of the academic year. Grad fees are billed in September and are included in the cost of attendance calculated at the beginning of the school year. Optional fees such as music lessons, college tuition, sports, counseling, and tutoring are all billed as required.
International Students who do not receive a study permit or who are denied a study permit will be refunded the full cost of attendance deposited to Briercrest minus $500. Students who withdraw during the school year follow the refund policy.
