At BCA, there’s always a variety of activities, from spiritually focused events to exciting ones. These gatherings not only strengthen our community but also allow students to create lasting memories with their friends. Here’s a brief overview of some of our key events throughout the school year.

Student Leadership Council
The Student Leadership Council (SLC) is an opportunity for you to help provide student leadership at BCA. The SLC plans many events for the student body, many of which are listed above, and through the SLC, students develop leadership and interpersonal skills by working as part of a team. If you enjoy coming up with events and want to be involved in providing student leadership to the school, SLC might be an excellent fit for you!
Harvest Party
October 26th, 2025
Dress up in a costume and have a ton of fun hanging out with your friends at the annual Harvest party.
Christmas Gala Banquet
December 7th, 2025
You’ll enjoy getting dressed up again for our formal Christmas banquet for students and staff. Together, we enjoy a dinner and an evening full of activities.
Grad Retreat
September 2026
Grads, kick off your final year with a weekend retreat to Dallas Valley Ranch Camp. This event gives the you an amazing opportunity to bond with your grad class away from campus.
Spiritual Emphasis Week
Each semester, we have a week filled with chapel and worship sessions. This allows and encourages our students to take time in the midst of the busyness of life to focus in on their spiritual growth.
Youth Quake
April 24-26, 2026
Every year, Briercrest hosts 1800+ attendees from across the country for Saskatchewan’s largest annual youth retreat! BCA students have the opportunity to take part in this weekend full of top-notch teaching, worship, concerts, crazy activities, and much more. Students’ YQ entry is covered in their student fees.
