International Students Admissions

We recommend that international students submit their high school application by May 1st.

As you continue, it may be helpful to note that students who are Canadian citizens, but not permanent residents, are still classified as international students.

After being accepted by Briercrest, you will need to apply for a study permit and receive it before the start of the September term. Late applications to Briercrest may not allow enough time for a study permit to be processed by the Government of Canada. A delayed start date may need to be considered.  Check processing times for study permit applications on the Government of Canada's website.

IMPORTANT NOTE
A letter of Acceptance for the purpose of obtaining a study permit cannot be released until the application portfolio is complete and reviewed, and sufficient funds have been deposited into the applicant's student account.
